“Up until the treadmill broke, I thought it was great. However, it only lasted me one week before it suddenly stopped working and now won’t power on. Sweatband were very quick to respond, but I don’t think much of ProForm customer service (icon) who I am still waiting for any sort of solution from beyond them asking me questions on where I have stored the item as a means to somehow get out of providing service for a product that has only lasted one week and and asking me to dismantle the product (beyond the extent of the assembly requirements) to look at the motor circuitboard to see if its getting power.”

“We’ve been using this treadmill for a month now and we both love it. It’s absolutely fantastic. Despite the size (this isn’t a small treadmill) it was super simple to put together and it’s absolutely perfect for us. Can’t say much about the programmes as since we got it we’ve both been using the video workouts almost exclusively, though I have been on a couple of manual runs and controlling those has been really simple. The suspension (cushioning?) is brilliant and I’ve not suffered once post-run which is a new experience for me, I only wish other machines that I’ve had to use in the past did such a good job. I would say this is on par with many gym treadmills that I’ve run on. A very good machine at a very reasonable price for what you get. We both highly recommend this treadmill.”

“Fantastic product, I’ve used it pretty much every day. Great selection of programs and vast array of inclines/speeds. Managed to put it together myself in 2 hours (wouldn’t recommend unless you are a contortionist). I did a lot of research on which treadmill to buy, the definitely made the right choice. Sweatband customer service was first class, I ordered Wednesday and it arrived Friday morning. Worth the investment”

“Impressive build quality and bigger than I thought it would be. Much more solid than I was expecting. This is a beast of a treadmill and easily comparable to what I’ve run on in various gyms. Overall I’m delighted with this purchase. Great product.”
