“I bought these around a month ago for my home gym. They are much better than using any spin lock dumbbells. My workouts have become much more efficient and I can now easily do drop sets without having to change plates. Already having accidentally dropped these a couple of times I can say that they are much more sturdy than other adjustable dumbbells that have a lot more plastic parts. Would highly recommend getting the power block sport and not the rubber coated ones, I have used them and prefer the feel and smaller size of these.”

“Easy to use with existing sport 50lb expansion dumbbells. It was also despatched quickly. Ive been training at home around my family commitments whilst on maternity leave, and I am a big fan of powerblock products, and would definitely recommend investing in them over using spin lock dumbbells for anyone in a similar position or who would struggle to get to a commercial gym”
