“These dumbbells feel as though they are high quality and work well. They are easy to adjust but it may take some practice to get used to it. I think the weight selection is perfect for a beginner at lifting and provides a good range without taking up the space of regular weights. Good value for money, especially if you are saving on a monthly gym membership. So far really love these dumbbells!”
