“Delighted with my NordicTrack Cycle, it really is a brilliant piece of kit, especially when used in conjunction with iFit. However, I'd also like to praise Sweatband for their customer service. The first bike I received was faulty and after sending an engineer to assess it, they ended up replacing it with an upgraded machine. Throughout the entire process, David at Sweatband Customer Service, along with his colleagues at CSUK, were very professional in progressing the issue through to a satisfactory conclusion. Often it's only when things go wrong that you find out how good a company is and in this regard, Sweatband has proved to be excellent.”

“Very disappointed with my S10i cycle. The resistance has only worked for about 3 sessions since I bought it 3 Wks ago. E-mailed support - automated reply - very busy & 6 days on no response!!!!!!!!”

“Really smooth ride, lots of programmes with the NordicTrack iFit subscription. Easily adjusts to the perfect fit even though I’m only 5ft 2in tall.”

“Bought the Nordic Track 10 back in April 2020. After 2 weeks light use it broke and would no longer apply tension. Contacted Icon to be sent a replacement positioner. Replacement was very difficult even with the videos provided. Part did not fix the fault - it's end of August and bike still not working. Waiting for their service engineer to call for 4 weeks. Have demanded return and full refund.”

“Almost brilliant but the software is a bit unreliable and regularly crashes mid-session. It restarts and carries on where it left off (albeit not recognising the effort you've put in while you wait.) The video sessions are great though and the bike itself is wonderfully robust.”

“This bike is very sturdy, it's easy to adjust the saddle height & position. I'm 5ft and I was concerned it may be too big for me but it's fine and I'm not even on the lowest setting for the seat. The IFIT programme is great offering a wide range of programmes but you really need the IFIT with the bike as there is not really any manual options (that we have discovered). My husband put the bike together without any problems and the bike is really well made and really heavy, so build it in the place you want to use it. The spin section is quite but there is some noise from the movements when the bike goes up & down inclines. We love this bike, it is great for keeping fit.”

“Good when it works but it is really unreliable. Numerous calls to remote support who then ask me to disassemble the inner workings and try to fix. Would only buy a product of this value from a local supplier who can provide support if needed.”
