“Purchased this elliptical 3 months ago and still haven't gotten it working. Nordic Track has sent me 3 different parts including a new resistance motor and still no luck. Now they refuse to issue a full refund and are charging a $400 restocking fee (almost 30%). Also, expect hour-long waits on the phone and multiple days for response through email. Should have gotten a Sole.”
