I actually love this treadmill but it broke within 2x weeks and I am awaiting an engineer to replace the motor. I am using it to walk virtually from Lands End to John O'groats. 150 miles into the journey (10 miles a day at 3MPH) the motor has started making a weird noise, sounds like the ballbearings.

Im very conflicted about this machine and the support from Sweatband currently, so it was interesting timing to be prompted to review. Hard to score it given the issues. Set up was reasonably easy, but once I peeled back the protective cover from the screen I noticed the screen was separated from the surround and would not just click back in to place (image attached) - I notified Sweatband immediately (day of delivery) and have still not heard back about a resolution nine days later. Then yesterday the machine starting making a grinding noise once the treadmill starts. I have sent a video to Sweatband and await information, but it's not an auspicious start as this is all within ten days of receiving the machine and I may well have to reject it as faulty, which I really don't want to have to do. From the limited use I have been able to have with it, I find it very comfortable to run on, the speeds are good and connection to Zwift is easy. The dashboard is very clear and tidy. The downsides (aside from those above) are that the 'speed instant' controls on the side handles only increase speed at the same pace as the main control, where I had expected a faster response/bigger increment changes to help with intervals. It's also been tricky to keep the tread centred with an adjustment needed every time I have run to date. I think lack of it being installed by someone familiar with the machine is a slight drawback. The base is very firm but the 'up stand' does have vibration to it so I have had to secure my phone in the holder.

Great treadmill, very sturdy and well constructed with an awesome large screen that really puts you in the locations available to run in. Very pleased with purchase. Great service from Sweatband as well in terms of arranging delivery and keeping me updated.

We are used to the commercial treadmills at DL gyms but paying £10k for a Life Fitness model was not an option! This however is an excellent compromise and would say it 'may' not be as robust but sure does provide much more fun and motivation via the i-fit. Firstly this is a heavy machine, we were lucky enough for it to be delivered and 'slid' in to our house via the double doors. If it was left in the garage we would have struggled to move, even by taking the parts out of the box. It was well packaged and the box even had instructions on how to remove it. NodicTrack have no risk offering a 10 year warranty on the frame, that is built to last. The motors and screen will 'go' before the frame. Building it was relatively easy, one person can build except for bolting on the huge screen and finally installing the lifting ram where two are recommended. Problems we did encounter was some of the self tapping screws were not able to 'punch through' the holes on the arms so needed to carefully drill out a little larger. A couple of marks on the metal work and the black ply / mdf running base had a chip out of it but they are minor so will live with it. They must have been from the factory as it was so well packed. The fixings all came on a numbered vacuum sealed card which followed the instructions, a great idea. Operating the machine. The running belt ran centrally without adjustment and programming was easy. An i-fit activation card came with the machine so no need to wait for emails as may be suggested. The machine is relatively quiet but hard to compare with a gym where the background noise is present. Once the i-fit is running the music and trainer voice takes over anyway. We have run about 60 Km so far so just warming it up. To be truthful we have suffered minor niggles with the screen, occasional buffering and once the training session results never uploaded, an upload fault occurred. We have excellent wi-fi so would suggest more of a software / hardware issue than wi-fi and we do have the latest software version uploaded. The screen hums when on standby with the screensaver, not sure if this is normal? Overall the speed of the screen is clunky and slow on startup, probably too used to an ipad with the near instant response. However, this is soon forgotten once the i-fit is in motion. It is so 'immersive' and you really feel part of the training. The locations and scenery are amazing, even educational Ordinarily 3-5 Km are our typical runs at 10.5 Km/h so far from athletes and then the boredom kicks in. This is totally different and am currently completing a 'series' and can't get enough, so much choice. We were in two minds about balancing the cost and size of the screens of the models. We don't need a machine that can reach 22 Kph but so pleased with the size of the screen. If you are self motivated and like to run just with music then probably not required, but if the i-fit trainer led sessions will provide you with the motivation then this is absolutely recommended. We will have to save up for the renewal though as this is circa £300 for the family i-fit. The cooling fans are not a gimmick either, just enough to cause a breeze and help keep you cool and the large running deck provides you confidence when immersed in the screen and training event. In summary we are very pleased, provides exactly what we were looking for, better than going to the gym! With regard to Sweatband, all ordered online with excellent email communication keeping us informed of progress and delivery, no hesitation to use again. We were actually recommended to use Sweatband so did just that.

Excellent treadmill, feels just as good as in the gym. My husband put it together himself, took a couple of hours, but no problems. The iFit package is brilliant, some of the runs are amazing with awesome scenery, makes you want to do a workout. Highly recommend and delivery was very quick with regular updates from the delivery team; brilliant Company will buy from again.

We waited for a treadmill during lockdown as there was no stock anywhere. We finally saw this available and bought it. The company immediately got in touch asking us to select a date we preferred for delivery. The delivery men (I must state these were not from sweatband) refused to drive down our huge driveway built on concrete and gravel saying the van would 'sink', complained about the weight of the treadmill, knocking it over in the process, asking if WE had a trolley to carry it. Sweatband immediately called us when the delivery had not ran smoothly and rearranged another date and assured us they would send an 'experienced' team. That they did, and it was delivered with no issues whatsoever. They also refunded £100 for inconvenience, even though it was not Sweatband's fault. It's a brilliant treadmill, better than any treadmill I've been on in gyms. As a company Sweatband were helpful and demonstrated excellent communication. Would definitely recommend.
