“Firstly, this is one serious treadmill. It’s big so if you’re tight on space this isn’t the right thing for you. After that health warning, the rest I can say is pretty great. As a running machine it’s simply brilliant and a joy to run on. It’s a definitely an upgrade on our old life fitness machine (which we all loved, but alas had reached the end of its working days). The deck is really wide and nice and long so it feels safe and the way it cushions your landing is superb. According to the manual you can alter how soft/hard it is but we all like it the way it was out of the box so haven’t tried that yet (one for later!) Unlike our old treadmill this one has a decline function which is a brilliant feature to have. It’s a lot quieter than I expected such a big machine to be. Maybe it’s just because this is new and our old one was, well, old, but this is a lot quieter than expected. The speed and incline are very responsive. The top speed is fast enough for anyone and the top incline is really steep, it’s hard enough walking but running is a serious challenge. The iFit side of things I still need to get my head around and will update my review later once I’ve had a chance to properly play with it but the touch screen interface is excellent and is easy to navigate. So far we’re absolutely delighted with everything we’ve seen and the machine’s being used by the whole family. I have no hesitation in recommending this treadmill, it’s superb and worth every penny - just make sure you measure up before buying one!!!!!”
