Easy enough to construct. Was actually quite impressed with overall build quality feels a lot more premium than lesser benches I've seen over the years. Haven't used it much so far but it looks/feels very durable.

I opted for the Adidas bench because it's a very reputable brand. So far I'm very pleased.

Easy to put together. Came quick. Not a lot to say but I'm happy with the build quality. Now to start lifting more!

Great service and price from sweatband though it was cheaper in Millets I went with sweatband for faster delivery. Bench is okay and was easy enough to put together in an hour, bit frustrating as the instructions seemed to have been updated whilst the part numbers (screws, bolts etc) have remained the same or vice versa so have to use a bit if logic! Haven't used the bench but feel uncomfortable just sitting on it being 6'3"" so will be using it as a coat hanger as it doesn't fold down then passing it on and upgrading. Wasn't impressed with yodel delivery either. Was a day late and I had stayed home on due date but was out on late date. I live in a block of flats and they just left it with any old neighbour on a different level. Luckily they kept it for me and never sold it! Bench not really worth the money would have preferred to get a cheaper name brand version that can be expanded to include more exercises. This seems to have no expansion potential therefore requiring further full bench purchases! If you're short and don't have much room and want a simple sturdy bench then this should do otherwise probably best avoid if over six foot.
