“I bought the Viavito Satori Exercise Bike-Console to replace one, because the resistance of my bike was no longer working. Unfortunately, the new console has made no difference at all and the resistance is still not working. I have written to Vivato Support a couple of times to ask for advice, but have received no reply.”
