“Excellent dumbbell bar. Perfect for 1" weight plates and has a great grip section. I use this with collars or spring clips depending on the weight used. Fast delivery from Sweatband.com. I would recommend these bars for home gym workouts where heavier weights are needed, such as 25Kg upwards. I also have 14" versions of the same bars for lighter weights. Great service from Sweatband.com too. Recommended.”
