“I have this product and use it regularly both for physical exercises and for walking or running in the park. It helps me and gives me great muscle in my legs and arms. I have this product in half a kilogram each, 1 kilogram each like this model and also 3 kilograms each. I also wear a 10 kilogram weight jacket. All the products are filled with sand although there are also filled with metal. I fully advise its use because its use is very practical and effective to increase the core and health of people.
