“Spindle luck rubber seal is damaged one of the two spinlocks, it feels like it only has a finite number of uses before it rips and needs to be replaced, the bar itself is fine but the rubber seals on the inner edge of the sleeve (where weight plates go) is loose so overall an ok product but I expected better quality for the price I paid”

“If you’re after an upgrade for a standard 1” bar, then look out further than this York 80'' Spinlock Beefy Bar. I previously had the 5ft York Fitness bar & maxed out its limit of 125kg. Weight-rated wise, it’s limit is 150kg which is the highest I’ve seen on a standard 1” bar. Plus the bar itself weighs 9.5kg so for a work home workout on a budget, it’s ideal. Probably the best alternative to an Olympic bar on the market.”
