“First, compliments again to Sweatband for getting this delivered so quickly in such bizarre times. Thank you! I've been wanting an E-Z curl bar for a while but didn't get around to buying one, and then of course in lockdown stock is low across the board so I was pretty lucky to find this one for a sensible price (many prices have been seriously hiked lately). It's compatible with all my York weights, so no problem loading on whatever combinations I feel like. I love the variation in the grip which provides multiple angles for even the most basic bicep curl so you really get a lot of bang for your buck with a bar that's so versatile. I bought it with skull crushers in mind for which it's brilliant: having tried this exercise with two dumbells and found it somewhat distracting, the E-Z bar stablilises this particular move for me and saves me from bashing my own head with the left weight when I'm concentrating on the right ;) All in all a really good purchase, and no doubt will yield a lot more possibilities as I increase my knowledge!”
