“Great exercise bike. Relatively easy to assembly - I did it on my own in about 45 mins. Very quiet with lots of different programs to choose from. I'm recovering from a stress fracture brought on by running and this bike is my salvation - allowing me to keep up my fitness for when I can return to running. Would definitely recommend.”

“Bought this for partner on basis of reviews and price point. Wanted the multi user memory for family use. Took 1 1/2 hours to build, tools included . Pretty robust and stable except for console which is a little flimsy. Need to have a mat to protect floor. Value for money entry level.”

“I have had a number of exercise bikes over the years. This model is the best. Great build quality, lots of programmes to challenge you, along with plenty of tension levels. I have no regrets in buying this model. On the contrary , I would highly recommend this make and model to others . A good product at a very reasonable price.”

“Good product. So far so good. This was a family buy and we all use it with their own programs set up which was simple enough to do. Instructions for putting together are good and don't need to go back to the manual very often. Would be better if bike had a plug rather actually having to keep charging it up. You would think something with a rotary system like this might be self charging. Fairly robust bit of kit and am very happy with the purchase.”

“The bike does what it say on the tin! I managed to put the whole thing together easily enough myself and for someone who was a novice at this sort of thing, I was quite chuffed. Although I get struggle towards the end it didn't seem an issue for my husband who is more experienced following these types of instruction. I am mostly using the pre-set functions which are easy but have not got around to using the manual inputs as yet. Once I settle into more of a routine then I will use these to set and monitor targets. The bike is good value for money and the fact that it is so quiet and that it doesn't need to be plugged in is great. Having used similar equipment in gyms I can honestly say that it is comparable in quality. Although it is a bit heavy at the back it is movable and the front wheels do help for moving it around, however I do wonder if they would be better placed at the back by the heavier part of the machine to make it even easier to move around.”

“EXCELLENT all round. Easy website with all the information needed. Straightforward ordering on line and rapid delivery with tracking and notice of time slot. Bike is easy to assemble, even with one person if careful. Set up not so easy but fantastic help by phone call to Sweatband. Simple instructions gratefully received and call back to me when convenient. Not like many customer care departments. Thanks very much, I will now try to do my bit and lose some weight!!”

“I'm in need of losing some weight and had decided to buy a bike for some exercise at home. The Perform 215 has turned out to be a great piece of fitness equipment. The bike itself is quite heavy, but this means that it feels sturdy when I'm using it. The seat is adjustable for both height and reach making it easy to find a good, supportive cycling position. I'm finding the pre-set workouts quite challenging and have also been making use of the user profile function of the console to get accurate feedback on the number of calories I've been burning with each session. I'd highly recommend the 215 to anyone considering an exercise bike!”
