“I have stage 1 but if you need to do proper workout I would suggest to take stage 2 and 3 well worth it.”

“Easily expands the weight range for the Powerblock Pro EXP set. Up to 70 lbs per hand in a small package, adds 20 lbs per hand but hardly makes the Powerblocks any larger, still a nice compact set. Great quality. I will definitely be adding the Stage 3 expansion to 90 lbs.”
