“Very good. Quick adjustment of weight is perfect for someone like me who likes to follow workout routines via video stream. Not a product issue but unfortunately the delivery company did deliver the product to the wrong address and I had to go and locate them myself using the tracking app.”

“Very sturdy design, wouldn't worry about them not being the traditional dumbbell style. They are well built and simplistic, therefore they will last a long time. Unlike others with more parts and complicated mechanisms. Recommend highly.”
