“Not as sturdy as your commercial grade bench but excellent quality for a home gym. I use it for both dumbbell and barbell bench pressing and it’s pretty strong and stable. Fits nicely under a squat rack for benching both flat and incline. Easy to assemble though if you have your own Allen key even better to fix the bolts - the keys provided to assemble the bench are a bit fiddly. Overall great bench and excellent service from Sweatband (arrived super quickly too).”
