"The York B500 is a versatile weight bench designed to enable you to exercise in a correct position. It provides a choice of 3 seat settings (a flat one and two incline) and is equipped with barbell retaining hooks that are compatible with standard 5ft (152.5cm) bars. This functional bench incorporates a leg unit with foam rollers that deliver enhanced comfort during workouts and can withstand a maximum load of 200kg (441lbs). It can be folded for easier storage."

“All of the parts come in separate bags and are numbered so you can easily put it together, however ours were all numbered incorrectly making it really difficult. It’s not particularly sturdy and although on a completely flat surface it easily wobbles if you move your weight around. The bench isn’t that long which is fine for me but no good if you’re tall. I also thought it would fold up easily but you need to unscrew a few fittings before you can fold it up against the wall which is a pain. I was quite disappointed as the reviews were really good”

“Great bench for the money. Only minor criticism is you can’t do incline bench unless you’ve got a spotter to pass you bar from the floor as your head gets in the way with where the bar sits in the rack. However good for incline dumbbells. Very fast delivery especially considering it was during the 2nd lockdown.”

“Incredible bench, just incredible. Solid, well designed and comfortable. Extremely comfortable. 3 positions of Incline. My chest has grown dramatically since receiving this bench. Using it to train Incline bench press and flat bench press every day. The Pectoral muscle has been worked hard using this bench and it has given me no problems. The leg supports on the leg extension slide off so you can have complete room for your legs when you bench press. Brilliant design. Thank you York.”
