“I've had this bar just over 1 month now and I'm very pleased with it. Seems quite durable, I've been dropping it with bumpers and it doesn't seem to be showing any signs of damage. It weighs almost exactly 20Kg, however the grip diameter is quite large at 30mm so its not great for cleans and deadlift, etc. but fine for benchpress and squats. Sleeves are a bit wobbly and rotation is a bit rough but its to be expected with a bar this cheap. Knurling is quite bad too, its not cut very deep. Overall its got a few faults but you cant fault the price, this makes an excellent training bar or ideal for a beginner.”
