“Exactly what it says on the tin. You don’t need to go fancier than these. Basic dumbbell set that’s high quality and spin locks hold well. They’re pretty “full” when fully loaded so unlikely to be able to load them with more weights (you could upgrade the smaller weights though) if you wanted to increase weight.”
