“I’m new to using dumbbells and didn’t know exactly what weights I should purchase. These are perfect because I can adjust weights per workout, and they don’t take up too much storage space. My husband has also been using them. My one pain is if I want to quickly change the weight in a circuit, it’s not super quick the unscrew the ends and replace.”
