“I bought a set of dumbbells to replace a set where the spindle snapped. They never arrived. It was only when I checked Yodel did I see that they had been returned to sweatband as the box had been damaged. Yodel is part of the problem. Ten days sweatband had the item I paid for back but didn't think of informing me or issuing a refund. Whilst they did respond to my email once I realised the issue, that's not how companies should operate even during these testing times.”
