“These olympic dumbbell handles are reasonably priced and of good quality. The knurling is moderate, providing grip without risking damage to the skin of your hands. The sleeves rotate fairly smoothly reducing torque of the joints when they are lifted through an arc. Overall, they are quite large, but this is necessary if want to be able to load mutiple plates for heavier exercises. The chrome finish is quite smart, only time will tell if this will last, of course. The weight of the handles is approximately 5.35 kg each. With lightweight collars this means they have a working weight of about 5.5 kg.”

“Can't be faulted in terms of quality, just be mindful that they are 7.5kg unweighted and are very large in terms of width.”
