“Good quality and robust step for both cardio and weights-based exercises. Most steps you can buy are much smaller than the commercial ones used in gyms, but this is a really great size. It is exactly what I wanted for doing step aerobic workouts and also for using as a weights bench for BodyPump classes. Great value for the quality. It would be useful to be able to buy additional risers.”
