“The bike was delivered on time, and setting it up was straightforward although a bit more explanation on the wiring would have been better. It works a treat, it’s quiet too. Altogether a really good buy.”

“This is my first exercise bike so cannot compare to others but for the money it seems ideal. It appears to be well made, easy to use, nice and quiet, easy to move about... etc. If you're looking for an all round exercise bike for all the family this should tick all the boxes. Unfortunately I did have to exchange it as the first one was faulty but Sweatband replaced it very quickly. So thanks for the good service.”

“Relatively easy to assemble All very adjustable apart from the saddle which for I would prefer a standard saddle post arrangements so that a standard cycle saddle could be be used Or your normal saddle from your current road bike could be used The very big un profiled Bike saddle is very uncomfortable A well profiled saddle is essential for comfort on a training bike —- especially for ladies”

“Sweatband’s service was exemplary; ordering, prompt delivery and notification at every step. Brilliant. The bike is well constructed and straightforward to put together. It gives me everything I need as I do not do interactive exercise routines and I use my own fitness app. The handlebar and seat adjustment settings provide a comfortable position and smooth ride. Really good value. Only one minor comment is the heart rate connection is a little untidy and the grommet provided is too small to fit. See photo.”

“The build quality appeared to be good and it was plenty big enough for me being six foot one, it was just what I wanted. But after a few uses, it developed a noise very noisy if it was a car I would have said the dual mass flywheel was breaking up. I`m wondering if there is a known design fault and that`s why they are being sold at a reduced price. Other people have reported this problem and it is quite loud enough to interfere with your listening with earplugs to a digital device.”
