“This bike replaced a 10 month old one where the pedal shaft bearing had become noisy. I was most impressed by Sweatbands no-quibble response; just pack up the your failed bike and we will collect it after your new one has been delivered. Excellent service.”

“It is a comfortable bike to ride although we have come up against one insurmountable problem -- it is not possible to tighten the seat. It appears that it is a bad fit as we have the nuts as tight as possible.”
