“We had good support when the bike arrived damaged in transit - it was replaced. Assembly was straight forward with clear instructions. It is solidly built and performs well. Built in heart rate monitor is a bit erratic. Works better when hands are damp/sweaty.”

“A good piece of kit mostly straightforward to assemble. Use mainly on manual setting as none of the programmes is ideal for my purposes. Also heartrate monitor is erratic but perhaps I'm ill. For the price I don't think I could have bought better.”

“Compared to the 'professional' bikes I've used at the gyms I've been a member of I'd make the following points. The cycling action feels a bit floaty and disconnected. The electronics and profile setting is a bit bargain basement along with skinny handlebars etc. Also, it does need access to a powerpoint to run the electronics - bear in mind the provided transformer and lead doesn't have a huge reach so you might need an extension lead. Having said all of that it works really well to raise a decent sweat (even the heart rate monitor isn't too bad if you give it time to catch up); It's really quiet - you could use it a room where other people are watching the telly etc; it doesn't take up much space and for £300 delivered next day it's an excellent buy. I really recommend it.”

“I use this bike one hour a day five times a week, have not started useing set programs yet, set on manual, at pres am upto level thirteen resistance, have not one gripe about this product,easy to set up, just follow the instructions, they are very good, and easy to understand,delivery was excellent, arrived in the advertised time span, delivery company superb, product delivery was tracked, and delivered when company said it would be, an all round hassle free experience, the bike! Would i buy it again if i knew then what i know now? Definitely.”
