“I want to work on my upper body and the number of exercises I can do with kettlebells is impressive. The exercise chart helps me to find the proper routine for each muscle group that I'm wishing to target and it describes everything clearly which makes it easy to follow. Kettlebells are also much safer for me in comparison to typical free weights. I've made a good choice with this DKN kettlebell set!”
