“I got this for the Xterra 550 rowing machine. The mat is a bit longer than the rower, and at least twice as wide. Uncompressed, maybe it's about 0.5 cm thick. It's a sopngey foam material that compresses when weight is on top of it. It has a Sweatband logo embossed into the foam at one end. The edge is sealed into a thin rounded seam. No complaints - it does the job.”

“Excellent mat, have put it under the treadmill. Dampens the sound and provides a good stable base. Wish I'd bought two now, so I could put one under the bike as well.”
