“Need to get it placed in the correct position and it can make you hot as it’s fairly tight. It does its job but I found the heart rate grips on the machines handlebars accurate enough to monitor my pulse.”

“A bit disappinted. It fails to give a constant reading during the excerise period. It will climb to your present heart rate but then reduces, giving a reading all the time, a long way down before climbing back up again, which means it is only giving the corect reading for a small portion of the exercise - not sure why it does this.”

“After some experience of using the heart rate transmitter I prefer using my Fitbit Charge 4 to monitor my heart rate - because this gives me more information, and includes my cycling heart rate in my total exercise for the day. This is much more useful for evaluating my exercise, rather than just relying on what I do on the cycle. In a nutshell I no longer use the Viavito Heart Rate Transmitter.”
