“This is a really good mat for the price. I use it to place my bench, to avoid denting the flooring and also to muffle sound. Some people have said it smells but I didn't notice anything. The thickness is about right. It is not absolutely non slip, buy does the job. I think its more suited to be a equipment mat rather than a pure workout mat.”

“The underneath of this mat grips all floor surfaces well. The top surface is also very grippy which is important for floor exercises. It is absorbent enough to protect floor surfaces against dropped weights.”
