“I brought this mat to stop our newly purchased rowing machine from sliding during use on our kitchen floor, Karndean flooring is not a good base for gym equipment! It works so well I am happy to recommend this mat and it is also very soft to use as a floor mat for other exercises too, great item.”

“It’s a good size but I found when trying to manoeuvre my pro form rowing machine onto it, and it took two of us to do this, the mat easily tore. So I’m left with a tear in it now.”
