“The bike was easy to assemble, the manual is good. The video really only shows the manual, it would benefit from a video of someone assembling it, and even better from someone using it and setting it up. I am a novice, not having used an exercise bike before, so a video of the programmes and screens, using them and setting them up would be helpful. Functionally it is very good, and value for money.”

“Very pleased with the bike . Good range of programs . Together with the few weights I have at home should save me about £200 per annum on local gym membership. One small gripe : the connection between the computer and the upper cable wire ( H-1 on page 13 of the manual ) is very fiddly--- perhaps enlarging the components slightly would ease the problem .”

“Easy to build. Loads of different programmes and easily customisable to your needs. Comfortable seat too! You could pay double for a bike and be disappointed. Probably the best exercise items I've ever purchased.”
