“Upon receipt, which was very quick following ordering, the computer would not attach sufficiently to enable the system to work. I reported this and received regular updates from staff on phone and email, and within about four days a replacement computer was received. Following this shaky start, I'm pleased to report a fully functioning bike, that I love and use regularly. Would highly recommend and wish I'd ditched the gym and bought it ages ago!!!!”

“Very pleased with it. Well made and easy to operate. Has a quality feel. The saddle is on the large/wide side (would suit district nurse Gladys Emmanuel) and if you are slim-hipped like me you may want to switch it for a slimmer one to stop chaffing; that was very simple to do. The connection wires from the computer would benefit from being a little longer to help assembly, but that is the only minor niggle. Excellent range of ride programs and exertion levels. Would recommend.”

“The basics work well enough but I have a few issues with the bike: 1. The operating instructions ( poorly translated from the original Italian, I suspect) are confusing and inaccurate, the display is rather crude, it's all a bit clunky and dated - reminds me of computer games from 20 or more years ago! 2. The various bits (seat, handlebars, pedals) don't quite line up so the riding position feels a bit distorted. Overall, I don't feel it is value for money.”
