“Received this today and within 40 mins it was up and running. Could not believe how easy it was to put together - I watched the video pausing it every now and then. I look forward to seeing results as I will use everyday for a 20-30 min cycle. Excellent price which was reduced. Courier service great too.”

“We have been delighted with quality of the product and enjoyed it very much for exercise but we have now hit a problem with it and have been unable to get in touch with yourselves or Viavito by phone due to the current situation. A wire that was pre installed has come loose and the dial no longer informs you of what you are achieving when pedalling. It is hanging outside the computer cover and has a clear plastic head. Can you please help?”

“Great bike for small spaces or if you need to put it away. It folds up to about the size of an ironing board. it's easy to assemble - I personally found the youtube video much easier to follow than the written instructions. It took me about 40 mins including double checking the tightness of the bolts, getting the set the right height etc. It has really helped me keep in shape during lockdown and when it's cold and rainy and dark you can get fit with a smug smirk on your face too! It lost one star because the highest resistance is unfortunately not high enough to get a real burn. You can feel the burn by going really fast on it though!! Strongly recommend it for anyone who wants to get in, or keep in shape lockdown or not. I have even taken it outside onto my patio area and used it there!!”

“Had the bike four months used regularly for half hour periods no problems I’m 75 and find I can use it anywhere in the house or garden takes up little storage space. The only advice I would give to purchasers is if you have difficulty with raising your legs you have to lift them quite high to mount the bike even when stepping through the frame. While it is not overly heavy it is not light to lift.”
