“Positives. The action is as smooth as anything. Easy to put together, about 45 minutes. Comfy seat. Negatives. I have it on level 28 after a week and it only goes up to 32, more suited to a slow easy rider. Made a mistake buying this one, should have got one with a heavier flywheel. The calorie counter shows far too big a figure than is correct.”

“Assembly took longer than expected particularly sorting out the wiring as I didn't find the instructions very clear. The build quality is very good and the bike is very stable and quiet in use. Again the instructions are not clear for a beginner and the display is confusing. Overall the bike is good value but the documentation leaves a lot to be desired.”

“£274.63 and nothing to show for it. Bike is solid enough but developed a fault after a few uses and the saddle is uncomfortable. Took 8 emails to get a return number in the 14 day return period. Sent it to the return address in Yorkshire, different from the address on the website, which I had to pay for myself (£44.64) and now Sweatband are claiming they did not receive it despite sending them proof of delivery. Would not recommend this product or company.”

“The machine resets itself when using it making the machine redundant as you can’t do an exercise program. After replacing the wire and console, the issue still persists. Hoping to get a refund to replace with a different brand name. Would not recommend”

“I was impressed with the bike until now... 6 months from purchase/assembly the cable inside has become torn up, and metal threads are coming out of the rubber chain and it's about to snap off. The bike was easy to assemble and comfortable to use and easy to put up and down quickly, so up until now I've liked it but thanks to this fault its currently a pile of metal that I can't use anymore.”
