“Unfortunately, the cross trainer doesn’t work and has never worked since it’s arrival. No performance data is displayed despite repeated adjustment of the Read Switch over a week. Numbers (such as distance) appear briefly before “0” values returning and no further values appearing during workout. Overall extremely disappointing in the extreme. Avoid at all costs.”

“Poor instruction, tool supplied for step one is to big, not enough bolts for step 3, nothing labelled. Not enough movement in arms, speakers poor quality, Ipad holder to low, im only 5ft 6 and it gives me neck ache looking down, arms not high enough, drink holder to low, flywheel already making a noise, for £1000 expected a lot better, poor over all is the best i can give for the money. Would suggest its been designed by someone thats never used one.”

“I have to rate this 1 star because I am still waiting for it be delivered, 2 weeks after ordering it. The 1 star rating is for Sweatband, not for the cross trainer because, for all I know, the trainer could be truly marvellous. Sweatband - your delivery service is a joke, your courier's communications are a joke, and you have the audacity to offer me 7% off any future purchases from you for reviewing a product that you have so far failed to deliver.”

“Easy to put together. Read other reviews saying the bolts come loose. This is true. It shakes a lot and some bolts loosen. It squeaked loudly after 1st go so I put excessive grease on it but mild squeaking still. 32 levels but need 28 and above to get a reasonable workout. Although its budget priced its poor for the money and I wish I had never purchased.”
