“Poor quality, there is ony one velco strap for 2kg weight which means the weights do not fit properly around your ankle or wrist. So after one use I've found them useless and a waste of money.”

“I am 6 feet tall and 67 kgs, so clearly am slim and always order size M. However, this time that I ordered size M, the top was simply too tight and not fit for purpose. Very disappointed having paid £10 for the item and £3.50 for delivery. Now I wish a refund or a bigger size and SWEATBAND expect me to pay at least another £3.50 towards postage. Just not worth sending it back as I would've paid at least £7 in delivery charges. Learned my lesson - buy cheap, pay twice!”

“Sweatband were great and TBH so were Viavito when I had my first machine replaced after the flywheel packed in after 10 months but now my second flywheel has given up the ghost just the same as the first machine and neither lasted as long as the batteries in the display....I'm only 10st and use it infrequently and have only ever used it up to a 6 on the tension knob which goes up to 10 so it's not like I'm a powerhouse or strong as an ox....maybe having that problem with one machine is bad luck but the same problem with two seems like an issue to me...that said I did like the machine and the second one lasted 4 years so maybe I'm being a little harsh but if I used it for 2 hours a week that was about it.”

“I do not seem to be able to access an instruction manual without signing up to the premier club. Which is a setback on what I am trying to do. I just want to use this maching for my private use in my gym. I do not want to participate in any other arrangements. Hence it is not suitable for me without an instruction manual unless I am doing something wrong!”

“The 45 cm running area is very tight. Overall the treadmill felt very light. Although there is a speaker on the console there is no easy way to connect modern phones since the music socket is old style. I wanted to give it back but the return within 14 days is possible at buyers expense for return arrangements which for such a big box is a hassle. I am getting a wider treadmill and the company has kindly offered an upgrade and collecting this one. I will buy another one first before the refund is processed though. It is important to be aware of this return policy especially if buying such big product online.”
