“Trying ashwaganda for the first time. Only taking one tablet a day as I can bea bit sensitive to supplements. Seems I have a bit more energy though at first was a bit squeemish and slightly sore head but that passed. Will persevere with it. So seems to work and is very well priced. Happy so far”
