“Beautiful cushion; high quality. Very pleased with the product itself. Just a shame there wasn’t the option of a gift box or better packaging. Was not wrapped/protected before putting in the mail bag. Lucky it wasn’t damaged. I had also emailed and left a message with my order but there was no reply or acknowledgment of this. But not to worry, I’m pleased with the item and would purchase again due to the good quality.”
