“It does the job and even with the 500mg version i sometimes only take half a tab in 750ml bottle. What I profoundly dislike is the fact that no one including Styrkr appears to be able to formulate electrolyte tablets without the unhealthy fake sugar such as sucralose and co.”

“Such amazing flavour and taste. These always help me to make sure I am on top of my hydration and gets me in a good habit for the day from first thing in the morning. I couldn’t ask for slicker packaging when it comes to the tubes. I feel like I want them with me everywhere I go and it makes them so easy to never forget.”

“Having used many different electrolytes over the years, these are a clear winner. They deliver everything I require. Keep cramps at bay. But above all, they taste great! I have one just for the sheer enjoyment factor quite regularly. Delish!”

“These hydration tabs are very useful on those longer rides on hot days. I recently used them during Chase the Sun when the temperature was around 31° C and they were an ideal supplement to my other nutrition. The only downside is they say to use a maximum of 3 per day, so I had to rely on other sources of sodium as well.”
