“I’ve been using STYRKR Energy Bars, Gels and Hydration. The Product sits well on your stomach and provides almost instant energy. Typically on a 100km ride I have a water bottle with Carbohydrate powder + Caffeine. A second water bottle with just hydration and a rice bar. This fuels me for the whole ride. I also carry a gel as a back up. If you run out of energy when riding with a fast group, the gel kicks in really quickly. STYRK is my go to energy solution. Great product.”

“Definitely the tastiest brand on the market for me, the rice cakes are delicious and the Carb drinks keep me fuelled for longer. Not a fan of gels but when needs must this is my got brand for flavour. Good job”

“The taste is initially quite interesting being what I’d describe as ‘Neutral’. But if you order the SLT tablets and use in the same bottle, it adds a great complement to it functional and in terms of flavour. Again, high-carb content which is great for long high-intensity endurance events”

“Will start most of my rides with MIX90 in one of my bottles. I like the taste - not too strong and not too sweet either. Together with a mix of other Styrkr products, keeps me going strong on rides ranging from 3-7hrs - highly recommended.”
