“After using mixed berry bars and the powder throughout my Ironman bike leg this was a great alternative on the run and welcome break from my normal gels. Easy on the stomach great taste and didn't feel like I was forcing it down. The whole range is grest”

“Ate all three before/during a 25k fell run. Not sure I felt the fabled boost from the nitro but it did the trick. Cola flavor of the caffeine was not for me really. Could eat the other two all day though.”

“I find these gels so easy on the stomach, certainly kick in when you need the hit, I do a lot of climbing and I find spacing them out 20 miles apart work fantastic for me”
