“Too many times I've hit the wall, but smashing one of these gels gets me back on track. my SOS fuel - rip tab when in emergency. Easy on the stomach but noticeable in the legs. a great tasting gel.”

“I find these gels work for me and I have tried a few they all work to a certain degree, but in my opinion these work best, feel stronger having these gels and the hydration drink in my bottle, and no cramping now”

“Last box of gels I ordered, several had burst within the box. This had happened again, the order before that. I’ve never had an issue with damaged goods arriving in the post before. Lived here 20 years. Don’t know if Im just unlucky, or this is happening more frequently. Puts me off reordering.”

“Great gel however 2 out of 8 of the gels I have used so far have split all the way down the side when tearing off the top, leaving precious fuel all over me, but not in me!!”
