“These were the only gels that I could find that had 15mg of caffeine with 30g of carbs. The caffeine is noticeable. I've started to take one gel 20 mins before 10k races, or 30-40 minutes into my long run.”

“Love almost everything I’ve had Styrkr, but these caffeine gels are genuinely inedible! The taste is awful and couldn’t even finish one gel, so no idea of the effectiveness! Will stick to the standard gels.”
