“Not usually before, but certainly during and after (if there’s any left). I use these rather than the energy bars as I am only a recreational cyclist. Great taste, not too sweet, and light on the stomach.”

“After trying a Bar50 which I loved I bought a box of the recovery bars. I have only tried the raspberry and white chocolate bar so far but found it incredibly sweet. It tasted very sugary and grainy. Really disappointed after enjoying the energy bar so good.”
