“First time trying the bars and absolutely love them - denser than I expected but sit comfortably in the stomach and just what's needed when you need a carb boost when out and about or don't want a sickly gel. Also easy to cut up in small squares and transport which I did for a trail run - no stomach issues and again, made a nice change from another gel.”
