“New to cycling and new to getting the right nutrition in before and during a long ride or race, during this process ive been through a lot of different brands trying to find what i prefer and STYRKR has definitely come out on top. “New to this particular range of products but am finding them effective and easy to use. The weblink to help determine the correct product and volumes for any given exercise programme is really helpful. Unlike other gels that I have used I have had no 'stomach' issues, so doubley good. Would recommend.”

“Bars taste great but only got 2 types no apple Mix 60 seems ok not too sweet Gel 30 good will test the rest soon and hopefully order more ready for Dragon Devil Thought I'd get cycling cap but got normal running cap sent instead.”

“Very easy to use and great on the stomach, as not all gels etc are the same. Feel better when I’ve used the products especially on a longer ride where the pace varies. All in all a great product which I have recommended to my friends and fellow riders”

“Hey! Great products the nutrition is top quality and tastes great! Rice bars are up there with the best I’ve had whilst training for IM! Only one negative was the quality of the cap and bottles! Would be great to have higher spec accessories!”

“It’s been a revelation finding and usuing the New Styrkr products. I am 62 and since using these new products have found my energy levels and endurance have increased dramatically. The Nutritional values are Hugh and Styrkr have obviously done a lot of testing to ensure we all benefit from this. Very happy to continue using all the Styrkr range, which I know will aid my cycling proficiency and I am positive I will achieve great gains”
