“Glad I went with the taster kit to start. I was planning to buy the dark chocolate chip but found this was slightly harder to chew whilst out running than the other two flavours. The other two I can't fault. Great taste and easy to digest. The round 50g of carbs is easy to divide up and manage your intake on longer efforts too. Have just placed an order for more.”

“They are a bit pricey, but they taste great and are so good for having before or during a long run. Full your belly and loads of carbs, but easy for me to digest. Really enjoyed these, the flavours are delicious too.”

“Got the taster kit since I didn't know which flavour would work the best. Spoiler alert, they are all really nice! The bars are quite chewy, but I didn't find that an issue because I have to stop/walk when munching on anything. These were very tasty (choc is my favourite) and really pack a punch!”

“Being gluten and dairy free can make it tricky to find a good energy bar, but now I've found Styrkr bars I'm sticking with them! Taste great, easy to eat on the run, great nutrition content - love them. The only thing (and I think it's just because the weather is freezing at the moment) is that they are quite tough to bite into, so I cut them up beforehand then have little bite size pieces - which actually works really well! Thanks Styrkr, I am taking your bars on lots of adventures :-)”
