“I’ve never been great at staying on top of nutrition on rides, but I started to get into upwards of 40 miles on rides and was obviously flagging. I tried loads of other gels from friends suggestions and always seemed to “bonk” shortly after or start to have horrific gastro issues.. so I ordered the adventure box to try something new and after checking the “how to fuel” advice section I’ve managed to knock out numerous 50mile+ rides with little to no fatigue. The gels are wicked, taste amazing and you can really feel the boost in carbs very quickly after consumption + I’ve suffered 0 gastro issues. The Carb bars are awesome if you prefer something more like “real food” and feel a lot more slow burning than the gels, but keep you topped up. All three flavours are great but I prefer the almond (blue label) one. The SLT07 tabs taste great and definitely help keep the muscle cramps at bay. Did 55 miles in 23° heat and used 2 tabs. 1 during and 1 after & experienced 0 cramping and also noticed reduces soreness + fatigue in the hours following. Honestly, best cycling fuel I’ve tried and I’d never really feel like looking at any other brands. Excellent products & don’t ride anywhere without them.”

“Caffeine mix are no joke they really wake your body the F@“K UP! The Jels could be improved taste wise taste like sucking on batteries and a copper or 2p coin the Rice Bar are amazing! No fault there”

“The rice bars are delicious and I’d choose to eat them off the bike - otherwise an awesome addition to mid ride snack box! The gels and carb drinks seem to suit me much better than alternatives so far. I’ll be using Styrkr throughout this Tri season so hopefully they’ll assist with some good results (two thumbs up from me!)”

“Just completed the dirty Reiver 200km gravel boke ride in Northumberland. First time using Styrkr- fuelled me for 10.5 hours- loved the rice bars. Nitro+ and caffeine gels were spot on- first time user of carb loaded drinks and no ill effects on the tummy”
